01 — Measure

Whether you're just getting started or already working from architectural drawings, we’ll meet you where you are. You can use the Isla Porter app to create a floor plan from scratch, or send us your existing plans to receive an estimate.
02 — Wishlist & Plan
Overview
Complete our design questionnaire and schedule your first consultation.
Your Project Lead will walk through the initial floor plan and mood board. After our first meeting, a 10% deposit is collected to lock in your pricing and will be applied to your final order.
03— Design
Overview
We bring your vision to life with 3D color renderings, a walk-through video, and detailed elevations. Two rounds of revisions are included to fine-tune every detail before moving forward.
04 — Finalize + Approve
Overview
After revisions, we’ll confirm measurements, appliance selections, and finish choices. You’ll sign off on the order and submit a 50% deposit to begin production.
05 — Production
Overview
Your cabinetry is built to order over a 14–18 week timeline. You’ll prepare your site for delivery while we coordinate the logistics.
06 — Delivery + Support
Overview
Your cabinetry arrives fully assembled with our complimentary threshold delivery. Each order includes a touch-up kit, installation guide, and live support from our design team.
